This page is for taking action. To make a complaint about how we handle your personal data, or to use one of your data rights, fill in the form below.

We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days of receiving it, and respond as soon as we can after that. We answer data-rights requests within one calendar month. For complicated requests we can extend this by up to two more months, and we will tell you if we need to.

If you are still not happy

If you are not satisfied with how we deal with your complaint or request, you can take it to the regulator. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office. You can reach them at ico.org.uk.
